About the Company:

A St. Louis manufacturing company is seeking a Controller/HR Manager to join their team due to retirement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, with 2023 marking its most profitable year yet. The company is in a phase of expansion and seeks a true leader and innovator to fill this critical role. You will collaborate closely with the senior accountant currently in place. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure tax compliance for State and Federal requirements across three companies.
  • Review/generate monthly Financial Statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage Journal Entries and maintain financial records.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Oversee Payroll and administer HR functions including onboarding.
  • Coordinate Insurance programs and 401K administration.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and HR.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and leadership qualities.
  • Knowledge of insurance and retirement benefits administration preferred.
