Our client, a leading, well established manufacturer is seeking an experienced self-starter to provide inside sales support at their Floyd County facility. This individual will be responsible for providing telephone support to sales personnel and customers as well as in-house order management.
- Customer service skills
- Skilled in MS Office including Excel, ERP and CRM Systems
- Mechanically and Technically inclined
- Organized and works well with others
- Support outside sales activities
- Build customer relationships
- Receive, enter, and track orders
- Provide requested reporting
High School Graduate, College or Technical School a plus.
