Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day maintenance activities. The Maintenance Supervisor will drive department continuous improvement initiatives and enable efficiencies by applying sound reliability principles. The Maintenance Supervisor will have direct supervisory responsibility of the Maintenance Technicians and Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager

  • Oversees analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and team development to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance
  • Utilizes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) maintenance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensures maintenance work flow process is
  • Diligently seeks root Utilizes Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
  • Ensures planning and scheduling practices are followed; drives a proactive (vs. reactive) culture.

 Minimum Requirements

  • AS degree or higher; OR a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered in lieu of and associate’s degree.
  • 7 years of maintenance operations experience in a large scale industrial continuous process manufacturing environment; Ethanol manufacturing experience
  • Experience with maintenance procedures for processing equipment such as evaporators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, drying equipment, boilers, cooling towers, chiller, air compressors, pumps, valves, electrical circuits, and instrumentation preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in a supervisory/leadership
  • Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance
  • CMMS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • General knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations for construction and

 Salary: $120-130K w/ up to 10% bonus; benefits; relo assist, EOE, NO Sponsorship
