This role can be based anywhere within the USA close to a major airport. The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for building business for Hotel and Hospitality Construction, Commercial Construction and developing business with Architects,Specifiers and the major Hotel chain companies, responsible for selecting building product products for their customers projects. The role is open due to a promotion and we are looking for individuals who have demonstrated a stable career path while successfully achieving or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
The National Accounts Manager will be offered a base salary + a lucrative performance bonus, company car allowance + mileage, maintenance and yearly insurance on the vehicle. Benefits are great and there is room to move up the career ladder as the organization grows.
The candidate qualified for this role will have the following to be considered.
- Bachelor's Degree Minimum, Masters Degree is a plus
- 7+ years of experience nationally selling building products.
- Experience calling on the companies that build and remodel hotel and hospitality chains.
- Demonstrated Career Achievement in Sales with a stable past career history.
- Ability to Travel throughout the US with overnight travel.
- Experience with a CRM like Salesforce.com is desired.
The selected individual will be responsible for building business Nationally and targeting key accounts to grow the existing building products business and continue to develop large accounts and working with small to medium sized companies as well. The company has a long history of success, performance products that are high quality, durable and products priced well for the marketplace. The role will be responsible for working with distributors and manufacturer reps as well to supply their customers requesting some of the company's standard product segments as well.
