Need critical thinking, leadership, ambiguity and good communication and represent the company well.

Some experience preferred but willling to train. 

Hours- 8:30am max working 8 hours. Some clients require early testing.

Testing is done onsite, if the client wants them onsite they go to their site, they offer minimum remote work, mostly field and desk work in person. Occasionally if they are just writing up a summary. 

They have a lot of variety in what they do, they will have a chance to keep it interesting. Not a lot of red tape, they decide, informal environment in the office. Open door policy, she is looking for leaders, she just promoted a guy who is 25 to a manager position. She would want someone in the Midwest, some relocation.
