- Minimum of Bachelor's degree with a Microbiology, Food Science or Chemical Engineering major
- Minimum of 3 years with a food manufacturer.
- This Engineer will understand if a product is failing QA checks (Microbiology) and the engineering solutions on the manufacturing floor. This may include issues with blending, temperature, time, ingredient corrections on the manufacturing floor either in Processing and Packaging.
- Willing to relocate to the Akron / Canton area with company assistance
