ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overview: Leading and managing a team of Sales Representatives (15-20 Reps), the Regional Wholesale Territory Manager is responsible for creating sales plans for retailers and identifying opportunities to open new accounts based on geography and demographics. This position is also responsible for developing plans, talent, operations, merchandising, and financials to drive results. Experience and leadership are vital to evaluating and implementing strategies, and solutions that align with the UNOde50 brand to drive results.
● Contact, schedule and visit accounts with Sales Reps.
● Help grow existing accounts through proactive outreach.
● Coach, mentor and train the sales team.
● Implement sales pitches, sales proposals for the sales team and come up with solutions for rebuttals and how to overcome them.
● Offer support and problem solving suggestions.
● Participate in developing profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts.
● Participate at trade shows and set up appointments for active and new accounts.
● Partner with the Wholesale Management and the Marketing team to ensure all sales-related activities are aligned with the overall brand vision.
● Manage to Travel and Expense budgets at or below goal.
● Gather and analyze retail partner sales trends; consult with retail partners to develop sales strategies, and stock inventory reordering.
● Be willing to travel extensively (including nights and weekends to support local events).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor's degree.
● 5+ years outside, business-to-business sales experience in jewelry and/or luxury goods.
● Proven track record of archiving goals.
● Team player.
● Results driven and managing profitability.
● Traveling required 75%.

● Luxury Goods and Jewelry, Fashion, Retail Experience, preferred.
