Interim Director of Nursing – Surgery Center

Head for sunny weather!

 

We have an immediate need for an Interim Director of Nursing - Surgery Center in the Southwest. This is a 3-month assignment to start with temporary furnished housing, rental car, and trips home.

 

About the role:

  • 6 OR's
  • 500+ cases per month
  • 45 FTE's, 5 direct reports
  • Initiatives include leading the implementation of the EHR system (eChart), ensuring quality and clinical excellence across the ASC, and spearheading the QAPI program.

 

Requirements:

  • MUST have 3+ years of recent Director of Nursing experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • Recent Interim Leadership experience HIGHLY preferred.
  • BSN required.
  • Compact RN license a plus
