Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer

The Opportunity – You will be responsible for and have oversight over the entire Accounting, Finance, Treasury, IT, M & A, Budgeting/Forecasting function for the Bank Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Immediate focus throughout all lines of business will include improvement and ownership of: All accounting & finance functions, regulatory functions, Treasury (including ALM & Portfolio Management functionalities) and countless other directives and initiatives within the organization. The position reports directly to the CEO. Interfacing with and being a key part of Executive Management is an everyday occurrence in this role.
What We Are Looking For In A Candidate – We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Minimum of Eight Years Public Accounting Experience (in the Financial Services Arena), and a Minimum of Ten Additional Years of Financial Services industry specific experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Accounting Policy, SEC Reporting, SOX 404, and all the regulatory issues of the day is a must have. Additionally, experience with leading the Treasury Department (portfolio and overall balance sheet management) is a must as well. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills, ability to build consensus, make difficult decisions, track record of ‘staying power’ and a strong attention to detail.
