Growing community-based, nationwide nonprofit seeks OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

as leadership team member of a $10M organization dedicated to individual economic opportunity, youth/family development and community improvement.

 

The idea candidate will have:

  • 10 years managerial/executive experience in HUMAN SERVICES/WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT organizations with 50+ employees AND $5M  -including contract management, budget management

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate degree preferred
  • Ability to work closely with president, board, and senior leadership to asses and revise policies priorities and systems
  • Highly developed project management skills, ability to overcome obstacles
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to steward several roles
  • Desire to work in growing, fast paced, diverse nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of its clients and community
  • Ability to communicate consistently and clearly with clients, constituents, partner organizations and agencies, team members, and executive team
