Growing community-based, nationwide nonprofit seeks OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

as leadership team member of a $10M organization dedicated to individual economic opportunity, youth/family development and community improvement.

The idea candidate will have:

10 years managerial/executive experience in HUMAN SERVICES/WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT organizations with 50+ employees AND $5M -including contract management, budget management
Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate degree preferred
Ability to work closely with president, board, and senior leadership to asses and revise policies priorities and systems
Highly developed project management skills, ability to overcome obstacles
Excellent organizational skills, ability to steward several roles
Desire to work in growing, fast paced, diverse nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of its clients and community
Ability to communicate consistently and clearly with clients, constituents, partner organizations and agencies, team members, and executive team
