Growing community-based, nationwide nonprofit seeks DIRECTOR OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.  

Ideal candidate will have: 

  • Desire to work alongside VP of Programs and CEO to develop and enhance strategic plan
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, cultivate and manage relationships with partner organizations
  • 10 years nonprofit leadership experience in workforce development-including contract management, budget management
  • Record of stewarding relationships with stakeholders, clients, team members
  • Desire to work in growing, fast paced, diverse nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of its clients and community
  • Ability to communicate consistently and clearly with clients, constituents, partner organizations and agencies, team members, and executive team
