We are currently in search of a Process Engineer who has experience with VTIS. Variable Thermal Instant Sterilizer -Mainly for heat-sensitive low-acid products such as milk, enriched milk, cream, soy milk, formulated dairy products, ice-cream mix, dairy desserts as well as ESL (extended shelf life) products. The process is also suitable for smooth products like soups, sauces, non-dairy cream and other starch based products and can handle smaller particles.
This position will be responsible for two state of the art sites with one being a flagship plant for this corporation.
Here are a few of the skills and competencies needed:
- BS degree with 5+ years of experience
- Must come from food/beverage processing background
- Able to travel
- Strong knowledge of VTIS and Alsafe processing systems
- Knowledge of fluid transfer, heat transfer, and distributed control systems
