Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator Job in Southern Florida

 

An opportunity for an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator is available in beautiful Southern Florida. The state of the art facility is committed to its community and driving forward its mission for progressive and collaborative care.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will work to grow the ASC's reputation, making it the top surgery center in the area. It will do so by working closely with the healthcare systems, corporate executives, and fellow ASC Administrators on business development efforts, maintaining a high standard of service to physicians and patients, and ensuring the center has exceptional clinical practice standards.

 

The ASC is committed to providing attentive care to patients at a technologically advanced center while still maintaining a cost-effective solution for patients and healthcare organizations.

The Surgery Center prides itself on its experienced and qualified surgeons and healthcare providers, including RNs and Techs.

 

Surgical specialties include General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Pain Management, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology.

Responsibilities of the role include:

 

Ø Growing ASC reputation

Ø Increasing Physician and healthcare staff satisfaction

Ø Work closely with Business Office to institute budget controls, monitor accounts receivables and payables, prepare and project annual budgets

Ø Leveraging internal corporate support teams and hospital resources

Ø Overseeing and build a team maximizing performance and employee engagement

Ø Community and Public Relations

Ø Marketing

Ø Contracting

Ø Subject matter expert for AAAHC survey processes

 

The right candidate for this role will have ASC or Outpatient Healthcare Operations leadership experience as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, or another relevant field. Strong work experience will be taken into consideration if the candidate does not have a degree
