One of our best clients, a growing Commercial General Contractor in the Denver, CO area, has asked us to find a qualified candidate for their Director of Pre-construction role.  They are focused on providing the best customer experience in the industry, and extremely culture and team-oriented.  This role will lead the estimating team with a focus on creating a culture of integrity and excellence.


Some of the key requirements:

-Previous experience leading a team/department

-Conceptual estimating experience on TI and ground-up projects

-Deliver high-level estimates for design-build and design-assist delivery methods.

-Desire to help build a culture where people love to work and customers love to do business.

-Construction and Preconstruction experience (10 years)

-College Degree
