We have been retained by our client to find them their next Manufacturing Engineering Manager for their site in Oklahoma City, OK.

 

Reporting to Plant Manager, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the tooling, and engineering department, facilitating efficient manufacturing operations across the organization.

 

You will work closely with design engineering, quality, supply chain and all operations areas, participating and/or leading projects as assigned. You will be a key team member in transforming, expanding & enhancing their business. Therefore, we look for someone who is also willing to adapt to roles & responsibilities as they continue to grow.

 

  • Bachelor of Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering a plus.
  • Robotic Weld experience a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
