We are representing a leading manufacturer of steel related products searching for a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance in Northwestern Pennsylvania or Northeastern Ohio.

Our client offers a very competitive salary and benefits package including eligibility for an annual bonus.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, i.e. Metallurgical, Materials Science or Mechanical is preferred. Other engineering degrees will be considered with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience leading a Quality Assurance department.
  • Oversight of multi-plant corporate-wide Quality Program including responsibility for leading plant-located Quality Managers.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a solid background in manufacturing (preferably steel, metals and fabrication).
  • Automotive experience and an understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
  • ISO/IATF Internal Auditor, or Lead Auditor experience preferred.
  • Up to 25% travel.
