Key Responsibilities

In close collaboration with the senior manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing ongoing accounting tasks
  • Processing incoming invoices and reminders efficiently 
  • Creating and processing outgoing invoices accurately 
  • Ensuring the accounting control of employee expenses
  • Managing payments and processing transactions 
  • Reporting and registering Work in Progress (WIP) in accordance with the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) using the percentage of completion method 
  • Collaborating in the creation of various commercial statistics and evaluations (Reports)

Job Requirements

  • Completed financial training
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced experience in MS Excel (knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP Dynamics is an advantage)
  • Excellent understanding of accounting regulations and procedures, including the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Basic knowledge of VAT principles 
  • Relevant professional experience in an international environment is an advantage
  • Affinity to numbers and a result-oriented and precise approach
  • Structured, conscientious and reliable way of working
  • Practical mind-set with a hands-on attitude 
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate trustworthiness
