Responsibilities:

Supervise and Develop: Supervise, train, and develop clinic personnel, fostering professionalism and ensuring exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to determine their specific orthotic and prosthetic needs, considering their medical history, lifestyle, and individual requirements.

Design and Fabrication: Design and fabricate customized orthotic and prosthetic devices tailored to each child’s unique anatomy and functional goals.

Patient Fitting: Precisely fit orthotic and prosthetic devices to pediatric patients, ensuring comfort, functionality, and alignment. Make necessary adjustments to optimize device performance.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on the proper use, maintenance, and care of their orthotic and prosthetic devices.

Collaboration: Work with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

  • ABC Certified in Orthotics and Prosthetics or Board Eligible
  • Proven experience in pediatric orthotic and prosthetic assessment, design, and fabrication.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of children through orthotic and prosthetic solutions.
