What do you need to accomplish in this role?

 

*Establish the strategic direction while implementing necessary organization structures in order to meet and exceed financial objectives in alignment with global headquarter goals

*Adjust company priorities and initiatives in order to meet changing market conditions as well as maintaining efficient operating costs.

*Communicate effectively with a highly experienced management team that has continually delivered exceptional operating results

*Evaluate potential strategic growth opportunities including acquisitions, licensing and joint ventures.

*Serve on the Board of Directors keeping members abreast of all significant issues and initiatives

 

You need to bring this…..

 

*A minimum of a BS/BA degree in a technical capacity or business (MBA a strong plus)

*At least 10 years of successful management experience leading teams with multiple report levels

*Demonstrated leadership skills leading teams in an engineered products firm

*Proven skill sets in marketing and financial analysis, business development, product technology and economics

*Current or previous experience in Plumbing, HVAC and Water Treatment is preferred

*A strong sense of work/life balance that has proven to be successful in leading high achieving teams
