Coding/Charge Director Opportunity

 

Firm:

  • An established Revenue Cycle and Medical Billing Advisory firm with 300+ employees in growth mode. They serve Hospital Systems, ASC’s and Physician Groups.

 

Opportunity:

  • Lead a team of 20-30 coders (on/offshore) for sizeable physician groups. Evaluate denial, scrubber buckets for trends and improvement. Oversee audit quality and turnaround time for coders. Monitor charge lag timeline. You will not be required to travel offshore.

 

Requirements:

  • Fee coding management experience over 20+ person team.
  • Physician Group involvement. Orthopedics, E&M a plus.
  • On – Offshore team management. CPC or ability to obtain.
  • Track record of driving accuracy, efficiency and reimbursements.
  • Ability to manage remote team.

 

Compensation:

  • Base Salary $160K+
  • Bonus potential 10%.
  • Full benefits offering.
