The Gig:

This client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lender with construction lending experience to grow their Seattle team by managing a portfolio of commercial construction loans and developing business relationships that bring in deposits. This client puts great care into building up strong employees, customers, and community.   • Work with loan support staff to structure loans.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Cross-sell other bank products.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and bank regulations.

The Qualifications:

  • Three to Five years of commercial banking experience.
  • Knowledge of bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to effectively sell bank products and services. Possesses credibility and professionalism when working with clients.
  • Ability to close business.

 

The Pay:

  • $140k to $150k+ base salary with over 30% of your base as a bonus. Pay is negotiable depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
  • Will pay some relocation costs if applicable.
  • Competitive benefits.
