Construction Manager/Owner's Representative – Data Center Construction

Feeling stuck running the same job types year after year?

It's time to build something that actually moves the needle.

This is your shot to join a data center developer backed by a $100B capital commitment and a $20B pipeline, with 5 active projects running right now. You'd own the site work, infrastructure, ductwork, and water/waste scope on mission-critical builds that take 18-24 months from ground-up to live.

Here's why you'll love it here:

  • Minimal travel – 2 to 4 days a month, national scope, no relocation required
  • Top-tier pay + bonuses – We hire the best, and we pay the best
  • Strong health coverage – Anthem Blue Cross medical plan, plus FSA and HRA options to lower your taxable income and stretch every paycheck
  • Career growth – A real path to advance inside a developer that's scaling fast
  • Strong retirement plan – With generous company match
  • Vehicle allowance – Drive the truck you want, not the one you're stuck with
  • PTO+ – Recharge and make memories
  • Supportive, family-first culture – You're not a number here
  • Extra perks – Industry recognition, wellness reimbursements, and more

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years managing large commercial or industrial projects ($20M-$100M+)
  • Experience in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial builds
  • Comfortable managing site work, infrastructure, and MEP-heavy scopes
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that inspire teams

This is your chance to lead high-impact data center projects with a developer built for the next decade. Apply today and let's build something great together!
