Our client has over 30 years of experience manufacturing highly engineered, specialized RV and HVAC products. This company employs 1,700+ people in the US and Europe. They are looking for a Corporate HR Manager to join their growing team in Wichita, KS or Elkhart, IN.

Responsibilities   

The Corporate HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating all policies and procedures in support of company goals & strategies:

  • Collaborate with division HR Managers to create & update HR processes
  • Work closely with HR Director and leadership to develop HR initiatives
  • Maintain working knowledge of regulatory changes to HR & Safety protocol
  • Facilitate professional development, talent management, and training
  • Gather, analyze, and consolidate a variety of data for related KPIs
  • Provide guidance to HR Managers and division leaders
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience  

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience (Manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Understanding of OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, and Federal Wage & Hour
