We are seeking a leader to drive all quality and regulatory initiatives within a commercial baking environment
for two bakeries, multiple distribution centers and several thrift stores.

 

What can you expect? Our company has a longstanding, family promise to deliver high-quality food products
and are looking for an additional resource to lead quality, food safety and regulatory initiatives. We operate
two 24-7 facilities with multiple product lines. This person will engage directly with operations and sales as
well as other key teams and customers to deliver products that meet our high standards of excellence. This
position reports to the Director of Operations.

Min 10 yrs experience in food manufacturing environment preferred. Bachelors Degree in Quality, Operations, or equivalent experience,

GMP, HACCP, FSSC Standards

Analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Hands on leadership skills. 

Manages 2 direct reports.

Ability to legally work in the US with a valid driver's license.
