Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the oversight of the Infusion Service Line which includes staff, operations, and delivery of care centered around best practices, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and patient satisfaction
  • Works collaboratively across all disciplines to provide operationally sound processes and procedures
  • Provides training, education, and professional development opportunities for infusion services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals

Qualifications 

  • BSN, Master's preferred 
  • RN in the state 
  • BLS required 
  • ACLS within 60-90 days of hire 
  • Chemotherapy certified required 
  • OCN preferred
