We are working with a company operating in the best of both worlds – an innovative start-up inside of a $6 billion parent company building the next generation of solar. They have developed an industry-leading building-integrated solar technology that is being deployed with customers all over the country.

 

As they continue to scale the team and develop the next generation of products, we have been asked to help identify a Reliability Engineer. The primary responsibility for this position will be to enhance the lifetime reliability and performance of the company’s products. They will conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analyses (DFMEA) and lead testing of high-risk items, analyze findings, and collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for reliability and performance improvement.

 

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 3+ years of relevant work experience in reliability or power electronics. 
  • Preferred professional experience in reliability engineering, including reliability test planning, failure distribution modeling, and reliability qualification of electrical products.
  • Strong documentation and collaboration skills, with a commitment to safety.

Salary Range: $100-130k  DOE plus bonus opportunities
