Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager

We are looking for a talented EH&S Manager to join our client's dynamic team at a key facility for a global chemical manufacturer. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for employees, while also maintaining compliance with all environmental regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of the facility's EH&S program, including developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and managing environmental permits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership on all EH&S matters.
- Direct and mentor a team of EH&S professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest environmental regulations and ensure the facility is in compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry with a strong background in laboratory or plant operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
