We are excited to share an exceptional opportunity for a committed ED Manager to oversee a Level IV Trauma Designated Emergency Department in a rural hospital in the Southwest.

 

Responsibilities:

As the ED Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, supervising, managing, and evaluating the quality of patient care, delivery of services, and performance of personnel within the department. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of care in emergency situations.

 

Requirements:

  • RN required, BSN/BSN in process required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ of Emergency Department clinical nursing experience along with progressive leadership experience.
  • Must possess or be actively seeking CEN Certification.
