Position details:

Join a busy Hospital and Clinic system as their Financial Controller to assist the CFO in managing the revenue growth being generated. This position oversees the financial reporting and accounting including timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements and proper application of health care industry financial practices. Maintains responsibility over development and guidance to the team, accuracy of financial statements, and timely recording of internal audits, controls, and checks across departments. The Financial Controller will report to and collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer.

Position Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration,
  • Masters in Business Administration,
  • CPA,
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance and/or reimbursement
  • 3-5+ years of previous Business Office experience in Finance, Revenue Cycle, Accounting,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Recent experience with designing and managing operational budgets required.
