Human Resources Manager (Western St. Louis, Missouri)

We're looking for a strategic HR Leader to lead a dynamic team and take point on all HR functions for a growing manufacturing facility. You'll be instrumental in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and attracting top talent to fuel continued growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Streamline and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the full talent management lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and succession planning.
  • Champion a culture of learning and development, fostering a passionate and engaged workforce.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Lead HR initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Manage complex HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-growth, manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
