Inside/Outside Sales Representative (Hybrid)

Location: McDonough, GA (On-site/Field)

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday

 

Position Summary

BNW Services is partnering with a family-owned company known for delivering high-performance safety and industrial solutions, including fall protection, abrasives, and PPE, to construction and industrial clients. Our client is seeking a sales professional to grow revenue across the South Metro Atlanta market. This hybrid role combines inside sales (outbound prospecting, quoting, pipeline management) with outside sales (field visits, jobsite meetings, product demonstrations, and account expansion).

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a targeted prospect list; execute high-volume outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify opportunities, prepare quotations/proposals, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and convert to orders.
  • Plan and conduct weekly customer/jobsite visits; present solutions in PPE, fall protection, abrasives, fasteners, tools, and concrete accessories.
  • Grow existing accounts (line expansion, standardization, substitutions) while developing new logos.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records (activity, pipeline, quotes, orders, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate lead times, deliveries, and backorders with purchasing and warehouse teams; resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor territory metrics (activity, quote-to-order conversion, new accounts, margin protection) and report weekly results.
  • As needed, assist with basic order staging or loading/unloading to meet customer deadlines (no equipment operation required).

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in construction or industrial supply (e.g., PPE, safety, tools, abrasives, fasteners, concrete accessories).
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and field selling, with measurable pipeline and revenue results.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and ERP order entry (e.g., Epicor Eclipse, Prophet 21, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills; high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and industrial buyers in the South Metro Atlanta area.
  • Brand familiarity (e.g., 3M, Honeywell, Milwaukee, DeWalt, FallTech, Ridgid, Dayton Superior) and related product application knowledge.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary at $50,000-$55,000 with performance incentive; comprehensive benefits package.
