SCOPE: 

  • 200 patients a day/73K visits
  • 55 beds
  • 150 psych visits per month
  • 100 FTEs
  • Reports to CNE
  • Mentor for green manager

SEEKING:          An experienced Director of Emergency Services who has the following:

  • BSN/Masters in related healthcare/business
  • Must have Level I or Level II Trauma experience.
  • Epic experience required.
  • Foundation in nursing in the ER (no clinical work required in role, but must have ER RN experience in background)
  • Collaborative leader who is supportive, accountable, and can lead teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ER Operations/business acumen.
  • Passionate about patient centered delivery and maintaining high employee engagement.
  • Excellent physician relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset
