Responsibilities

The Product Line Manager is responsible for defining & heading the execution of strategic initiatives for a division of the company’s product line:

  • Develop & lead the product, technology, and customer go-to-market plans
  • Drive alignment between strategic and commercial processes
  • Understand the market, industry, and competitive trends
  • Ensure competitive cost structures by working with related departments
  • Drive competitive benchmarking activities
  • Focus team towards strategic priorities
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel up to 20% domestically & internationally


Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (technical degree and/or MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of product management, program management, or related
  • 5+ years of passenger car experience (sensing, thermal management, emissions)
