The Manufacturing Engineer role is available due to an internal promotion and will primarily focus on optimizing manufacturing processes. If you’re a person who enjoys finding root cause issues on the manufacturing floor, reducing waste and improving efficiencies, this role is for you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing process and identify bottlenecks
  • Develop process improvements to promote product quality, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste
  • Lead continuous improvement activities and projects
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to help them improve goals, metrics, and action plans
  • Collect and analyze data related to the manufacturing process
  • Evaluate resource allocation and recommend changes to optimize labor materials and equipment usage
  • Develop Standardized work instructions/SOPs

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding and experience implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
