Nuestro cliente busca un Marketing Manager con fuerte sensibilidad creativa, visión de marca y experiencia en Beauty para ayudar a construir y hacer crecer una marca de belleza en expansión. Esta persona será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marketing de principio a fin, participando en el desarrollo de conceptos, contenido, lanzamientos de productos, campañas estacionales y comunicación de marca.

 

El rol combinará Brand Marketing, Creative Content y Social Media, trabajando de cerca con los equipos de Creative, Social, E-commerce y agencias externas. Buscamos a alguien hands-on, capaz de convertir una idea en una campaña, desarrollar contenido atractivo y asegurar una ejecución consistente y on-brand.

RESPONSABILIDADES

 

  • Crear y ejecutar campañas de marketing para lanzamientos de productos, colecciones, promociones y campañas estacionales.
  • Desarrollar conceptos de campaña, key messages, copy, creative briefs y content plans.
  • Desarrollar contenido para Instagram, TikTok, email, SMS, website y e-commerce.
  • Crear y gestionar calendarios de contenido y campañas, asegurando entregas y fechas de lanzamiento.
  • Trabajar con Social Media para desarrollar short-form video, UGC, creator content e influencer campaigns.
  • Mantener la identidad de marca consistente en visual identity, tone of voice, messaging y contenido.
  • Identificar tendencias de Beauty, Social Media y Consumer Content y convertirlas en ideas de campañas y contenido
  • Analizar resultados de campañas y canales y proponer cambios en creative, messaging, content, targeting o customer journey.
  • Dar seguimiento a métricas de traffic, engagement, conversion, revenue, email/SMS performance y campaign ROI.
  • Preparar presentaciones de campañas, resultados y próximos lanzamientos para el equipo de Marketing.
  • Gestionar calendarios, presupuestos y proveedores relacionados con las iniciativas de marketing.
  • Apoyar activaciones, eventos, product seeding y otras iniciativas de brand awareness y consumer engagement.

 

REQUISITOS

 

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Administración o carrera afín.
  • 5–7 años de experiencia en marketing.
  • Experiencia en Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, Fashion, CPG o Consumer Brands.
  • Experiencia ejecutando product launches y campañas de marketing de principio a fin.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Instagram y TikTok, incluyendo contenido orgánico, UGC, creators o influencers.
  • Experiencia en e-commerce marketing, incluyendo gestión de product pages, merchandising y promociones.
  • Buen entendimiento de Beauty consumers, digital trends y social-first marketing.
  • Capacidad para analizar métricas de campañas y convertir resultados en acciones de optimización.
  • Excelente copywriting, editing y comunicación escrita.
  • Experiencia gestionando múltiples campañas y deadlines simultáneamente.
  • Perfil hands-on: debe sentirse cómodo creando contenido, escribiendo copy, armando briefs y ejecutando, no solamente coordinando.
