Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients? Our client, a community hospital, is seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Nurse Manager to join our team and contribute to the personalized care they provide.
As a Med/Surg Manager, you will be an integral part of the Med/Surg Unit, overseeing General Medical and Ortho Med/Surg with a combined 50 beds. Your role involves providing high-quality care, ensuring patient comfort, and serving as a mentor to green nurses. With the support of a charge nurse, techs, and a unit secretary, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:
BSN required, MSN preferred.
3+ years of clinical and leadership experience in Med/Surg required.
