OB Manager

Midwest

 

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Obstetrics Department for a not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital. Reports to the Director of Acute Care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise RNs, OB techs/aides, clerks, and nursery nurse practitioners.
  • Ensure 24/7 accountability for nursing care in the Obstetrics department.
  • Promote patient safety and address complaints.
  • Manage budgets, supplies, and equipment.
  • Oversee staff development, performance evaluations, and goal setting.

Requirements:

  • RN required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in Obstetrics.
