The Building Products Division of Sales Consultants of Grand Rapids is a highly specialized team of professionals dedicated to working with clients within the Residential and Commercial Building Products Industry. Our goal is to build partnerships between our clients and you, our candidates, in order to maximize your success with our client.

Our client is a $500mm+ global leader in aluminum windows and doors. They are a 50 year old, privately held company that is well known globally for their innovation, high quality systems, and has projects in more than 70 countries worldwide. They are looking to bring on an Operations Manager to lead a team in Phoenix, with a focus on manufacturing, project management, and production.

 Responsibilities:
*Recruit, develop and retain top estimating and technical talent
*Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of team
*Monitor overall activities of the production and execution teams

 Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations or similar
*5+ years equivalent work experience
*Construction and fenestration experience a plus
