They are offering a unique opportunity to be a self-starter and, work with a team of professionals as you work to build out their office in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania as the agency manager for that location. 

 

You will have the support and collaboration of seasoned professionals, while also enjoying the autonomy to shape your success. You will be the face of the agency in the region, representing their commitment to unparalleled services and forging lasting connections within the community.  

 

We are looking for someone with 3–5+ years of experience that understands how to run an office as well as work a book of business.

 

You will:

  • Actively seek referrals from current customers to solicit for new business procepects
  • Recommend coverages to round out accounts
  • Maintain all client activity in the agency management system
  • Act as the office manager, responsible for office maintenance and upkeep
  • Handle direct-billed “walk-in” payments
  • Grow the region
