Position

  • This engineer is responsible for the design of pressure vessels manufactured to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 standards
  • This person serves on cross-functional teams with manufacturing and quality assurance to ensure the firm's production processes are optimized
  • The engineer will validate and prototype pressure vessel designs and modifications
  • This person ensures the firm complies with industry codes, standards, and regulations -- API, ASME, and others
  • This engineer will work with procurement to ensure costs are minimized while quality is maintained

Qualifications

  • Must have at least five years of experience in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels in compliance with ASME Section VIII Div. 1 standards
  • A BS Mechanical Engineering is required
  • Hands-on experience with pressure vessel design software like PV Elite or COMPRESS is required
  • A working knowledge is lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is preferred
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to the Hot Springs area
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be collaborative and have good communication skills
