Responsibilities:

• Manage the product roadmap working closely with executive and functional teams to prioritize development timelines.
• Develop and manage a framework for prioritization which incorporates quantitative and qualitative inputs.
• Work closely with technology teams to develop product requirements and coordinate development cycles across functional and development teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop reporting and analytics about the product.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the industry, competition, and provide insights to strategic direction of the business.

Experience Seeking:

• 5+ years in product management or similar role with demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps through development cycles.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to coordinate and collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work well with data and understand business and technology drivers and limitations.
• Strong communication skills with emphasis on ability to understand and clearly articulate in writing, presentation, and other forms, complex ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams of all sizes and across functions like sales, technology, operations, finance, etc.
• Experience and comfort working with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or others.

Preferences for ideal candidate include:

• Prior experience as Business Analyst and demonstrated ability to write product requirements.
• Understanding of data structures and technology; ability to code in SQL, Python, and other analytic languages for better management when in the weeds managing product and consultants (don’t need to write code)
• Financial modeling ability, such as the ability to build pro-forma financial statements.
• Prior experience in developing technology aggregator platforms or experience in healthcare technology industry
• MBA with a technology background
• Background experience in large brand organization
• Prior start-up experience
• Out of the box thinker with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed and not easily frustrated.
• Mission orientation and passion to serve others through successful products.

REMOTE:   Must live within close distance to access NYC, DC, Charlotte, NC for travel purposes.   Travel:  25-35%
