We are representing an established, growing general contractor that is searching for a Project Manager southeast of Pittsburgh, PA.
Job Requirements:
- Four-year Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Business degree preferred or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience estimating and project managing commercial construction projects.
- Capable of reading and understanding blueprints/drawings.
- Self-perform, at-risk GC/CM background is strongly preferred.
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
