Project Manager – Underground Civil Construction
Location: Huntsville, AL

 

Our Heavy Civil / Heavy Highway client specializing in, constructing roads and complex asphalt infrastructure projects, as well as selling products directly to customers -- is looking for a Project Manager for the Huntsville, AL area.  This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

 

Ideal candidates are those that started on a paving crew and have worked their way from a laborer, to a Project Manager. Responsibilities include: managing operations of multiple milling and paving crew, subcontractors, quality control support, logistics directly in a defined region, scheduling equipment, manpower, and material needed for projects, achieving optimum use of equipment, material, and labor maximizing production and minimizing costs, while ensuring safety of crew members and public who may interact with projects.

 

Experience:

  • Five (5) years of asphalt paving experience
  • Experience in Underground (water,sewer,storm)
  • Experience with DOT
  • Experience in Grading

 

Salary: Competitive pay rates ( Up to $120K DOE )
