Our client is a well-established, nationally recognized public adjusting firm seeking an experienced Public Adjuster responsible for territory management in Ohio.  

 

This role includes sales and marketing representing the company and servicing policyholders in large commercial and personal property insurance claims.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting marketing/outreach activities to generate new leads
  • Meeting with potential clients to assess their needs and explain services
  • Negotiating with insurance carriers in regards to scope of damages, qualifying loss in terms of coverage and maximizing settlements
  • Interacting with clients informing of the claims process, duties under the policy, and keeping them updated on claims status

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and sell services
  • Public adjusting license in Ohio
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Prior sales experience is a PLUS
  • MUST LIVE IN OHIO

This is a 100% remote opportunity but the candidate must reside and have the ability to service clients in the state of Ohio.  Regional travel required. All expenses paid.
