We are searching for a Quality Manager who will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing excellence by remaining compliant to the registration body and customer standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and maintain the company Quality System to ensure registration with proper registration bodies and make this system easy to understand/execute
  • Manage ISO, IATF, VDA, and customer audits
  • Lead and train colleagues in internal audits
  • Lead organization on continuous improvement of Quality metrics
  • Understand customer's requirements and constantly review areas of improvement

     

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in the automotive industry
  • In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, IATF, VDA)
  • Up to 10% travel
