Regional Sales Manager - North East- Controls and Automation
Leading Industrial Automation Distributor has opportunity for experienced sales manager from power transmission, controls and automation market. In this role you will direct, coach and motivate a team of field sales professionals. You will provide automation solutions for customers as well as interview, recruit and train new sales team members. * Great opportunity for someone to join a growing East coast distributor of Leading brands of automation and controls products! *If you are selling commodity electrical / electronic fasteners, connectors or switches, this may be an opportunity to grow with a high tech distributor with a big inventory * If you have a stable sales management background including PLCs, Drives, Sensors and Motion control products, please contact me ASAP.
Base salary plus commission: $190K-$240K overall income
Qualifications:
BS degree
10 years of Industrial automation experience
Must have sales / management experience in the automation field.
Microsoft Office
CRM Systems
* This is a New England territory - must be willing to travel and work remote. Must be located in one of these areas: Boston, MA, NH, CT, RI, ME, VT
