The Building Products Division of Sales Consultants of Grand Rapids is a highly specialized team of professionals dedicated to working with clients within the Residential and Commercial Building Products Industry. Our goal is to build partnerships between our clients and you, our candidates, in order to maximize your success with our client.

Our client is a $500mm+ global leader in aluminum windows and doors that is looking to bring on a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast. They have an established dealer market and are looking to expand their footprint by working with high-end residential builders, architects and specialty dealers. The company is a 50 year old, privately held company that is well known globally for their innovation, high quality systems, and has projects in more than 70 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales targets
*Identify and establish relationships with key architects and consultants
*Establish dealer network to sell to high-end custom residential market

Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Business or other related field preferred
*Proven success in managing a territory
*Ability to work in both office and construction environment
*Construction or building envelope experience is a plus
*Frequent travel
