Our client is looking for a qualified Risk Manager to join a billion-dollar company on their Corporate Risk Management team.  Our client was founded in 1982 and recognized with over 70 Best Place to Work awards.

 

In this role you will be a vital part of the team as a Risk Manager.

 

Qualified candidates will have experience in managing claims and risk exposure, preferably in the construction industry, where you will actively contribute to the development of the strategic risk management plan.

 

Your responsibilities will include: making informed decisions on claims, financial matters, carrier issues, compliance, legal affairs, and subcontractor performance.

 

You will oversee multi-line claims, including: SDI, GL, WC, auto, and builders risk, as well as play a key role in identifying, building, and leading training initiatives while providing guidance and mentoring on specific risk management issues.

 

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, coupled with a strong working knowledge of risk and claims management best practices. Insurance and liability expertise is crucial and underwriting experience is considered a plus.
