Our Client is a Nano-Biotechnology company with over 40 years of research and development in postbiotics, aiming to help people live longer and healthier lives. SCOPE OF THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Commercial Director to join successful wellness company. In this role you will be responsible for the company's sales, executing the leadership program for distributors and the attraction, retention, and development plan for them.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Develop strategies for growing the base of distributors, ensuring their retention and securing company sales according to the established annual plan.

▪ Meet short, medium, and long-term growth objectives, including ongoing execution of competitive analysis, tactical market planning, and management of company reward programs.

▪ Coordinate and conduct all recruitment and sales presentations to effectively grow both regions, the base of distributors, and sales volume.

▪ Function as part of the management team, working collaboratively.

▪ Assist in designing online training plans and improvements to compensation, programs, and company promotions to enhance distributors performance.

▪ Conduct training for product development, business opportunities, and leadership.

▪ Plan, reward, and motivate distributors as well as the commercial team.

▪ Address field issues and concerns and assist in conflict resolution with corporate offices.

▪ Design, organize, and lead both virtual and in-person organization events.

▪ Meet projected and reasonable sales and recruitment objectives based on those anticipated and agreed upon with the company.

▪ Ensure expenses are in line with the approved budget.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.

▪ Over 7-10 years of experience in the MLM industry.

▪ Setting and achieving goals; ability in analyzing and synthesizing information, planning activities and necessary actions, both for oneself and for other team members, focused on goal achievement.

▪ Development of annual work plans.

▪ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and other business reports, including key performance indicators in the back office, dashboard, and company mobile applications.

▪ Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from distributors and clients.

▪ Must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts in person, over the phone, via video calls, social media platforms, and persuade others to make decisions.

▪ Coaching, mentoring, and equipping skills are required.

▪ Must effectively present information to senior management and large public groups.

▪ Must be able to resolve conflicts among other members of the organization and have strong follow-up and organizational skills.

▪ Proficient in Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, CRM.

▪ Bilingual: English and Spanish.
