Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great on the phone? This Scheduler – Radiology position offers the chance to play a vital role in helping patients receive timely imaging services. You’ll work in a fast-paced hospital environment, coordinating schedules, verifying information, and ensuring a smooth experience for every patient and provider.

 

Job Summary

The Scheduler – Radiology is responsible for scheduling and pre-registering patients for radiology procedures, managing daily schedules, and coordinating with multiple departments. This role requires accuracy, excellent communication, and strong computer skills to support efficient patient care in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with data entry, phone scheduling, or medical office coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail
  • Must comply with flu vaccination policy or wear a mask
